Product Description
PTFE skived film:This film is manufactured from the highest quality virgin PTFE resins. It can handle extreme temperatures and resists most solvents. It’s also an excellent electrical insulator. PTFE has a naturally slippery surface that allows objects to easily slide across it.PTFE film is developed with a unique multi-layer construction comprised of individual layers that are configured with different polymers and polymer blends. They are inherently void and pinhole free, offering superior dielectric performance and conformability.,through pressing, sintering, turning and width thickness variety, can be used for ACF crimping mold, electrical insulation, OA machine sliding purposes. This PTFE film offer great electrical properties, and are additionally engineered to meet the requirements of demanding mechanical and chemical needs. Film with an etched texture has one side that is scuffed to readily accept adhesive; the other side is smooth. Also available with single sodium naphthalene film and color film processing.
Film is offered in 0.003 to 0.5mm. thickness and 1500mm width. Continuous use temperature ranges up to 500 degrees F. Can be machined and fabricated. Suitable for use in seal, gasket, stem valve, slide machined part, scientific aircraft, fixture and steam applications. Custom sizes also provided. Most items available in stock.
