PTFE one-side coated is constructed from a PTFE impregnated brown fibre glass cloth with a grey PTFE coating on one side. One-side PTFE cloth is mainly used production of thermal insulation. Thermal insulation jackets are mainly used on heaters for injection molding machines, extruder molds and dies.energy-saving insulation sleeves. Made with high temperature resistance and non-stick properties. At the same time, it has insulation properties and fire resistance. The base cloth is non-flammable and extremely durable in high temperature environments, whereas the PTFE coating provides oustanding resistance to chemicals and chemical splash. PTFE glass fabric provides very small friction coefficient, elevated thermal resistance, hydrophobic characteristics and outstanding dielectric properties. One-side PTFE cloth has all the characteristics of PTFE high-temperature cloths. At the same time, the one-side PTFE cloth has a unique softness.Soft and good finish, suitable for energy-saving insulation materials. PTFE one-side coated glass fabrics can be used as COLD SIDE (outer) and HOT SIDE (inner) cover material of removable insulation covers / reusable insulating jackets and blankets. One-sided PTFE coated glass fabrics are resistant to high temperatures and most of chemicals.
