Seamless belt is widely used in the matching machinery of belt pressing and fusing interlining, commonly known as fusing machine.
Seamless belt has no joint, it is directly weaved by circular loom.，using high-strength glass fiber yarn and Kevlar (Aramid), using unique technology Made of PTFE resin. It has longer life than other belt. and it will not occur that joint broken. We also have anti-static seamless belt.Because the seamless belt is also coated with PTFE, it continues the characteristics of PTFE, with high temperature resistance and anti-adhesive. The seamless belt overcomes the phenomenon of poor stability and deviation due to the unequal circumference of the joint. Compared with the seamed bonding machine belt, it overcomes the phenomenon that the connection of the conveyor belt interface is easy to break.The surface is smooth and fine, and the ultra-thin adhesive lining is better processed; the bending fatigue resistance is better, and the durability is durable.The seamless bonding machine with a running life is more than three times longer than any PTFE conveyor belt. The general thickness of the seamless belt is 0.35~0.45MM. It can also be customized according to customer needs.
